great Morning! This long holiday weekend was fantastic ? But, now my household is back in California as well as I should get back on track with training as well as healthy eating. I am off for a run. let me be much more particular — I am off for a l-o-n-g run. This is the part of marathon training I don’t like. when my long runs get past 16 miles I don’t look ahead to them whatsoever ?
